Lee Bradshaw founded Rhodes Advisors in 2023. He named the company after his son, Rhodes, born the same year. His expertise lies in steering institutions towards innovative online delivery models and crafting growth and infrastructure strategies that resonate with the ethos and unique needs of each university. 

Lee's career is marked by a series of consultative and delivery engagements at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School, the University of Pittsburgh, New England College of Optometry, the University of Washington, Yale School of Nursing, and Columbia University's Business School. 

Before founding Rhodes Advisors, Lee built and grew Noodle as its Chief Strategy Officer working for and alongside its CEO, John Katzman. His tenure at Noodle brought together some of the nation’s top universities to assist them in building online programs. Lee also developed Noodle’s innovative U2E employer-partnership model for its university partners. This model successfully forged sponsored tuition models with notable organizations such as Warby Parker, Vision Source, Mon Health, and Evangelic Community Hospital.

Before his time at Noodle, Lee's leadership at 2U cultivated new university partnerships until his departure in late 2017. His earliest work was on 2U’s technology team, where he implemented solutions from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Slate, and MongoDB to enhance the infrastructure at top-tier universities including Georgetown University, University of California Berkeley, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Yale University. 

Lee is an investor in edtech and serves as an advisory board member for a handful of mission-led startups, contributing to the innovation and growth of the next generation of educational technologies. His commitment to education is also reflected in his role as an advisory board member at the business school of his alma mater, Radford University.
